Preparing for Your Session

The best time to schedule your newborn session is between 5–15 days after birth, when babies are still sleepy and curl naturally.

Here are a few tips to make the most of your session:

Keep baby awake for 1–2 hours before arriving
Feed baby right before or upon arrival at the studio
Bring any sentimental items you’d like to include — blankets, heirlooms, or keepsakes

Everything else—props, outfits, wraps, headbands—is carefully prepared for you.
